When do my points appear?
Points typically appear moments after your purchase. In some cases, they may take up to 3 business days. For future-scheduled orders, allow 3 business days after the purchase processes before contacting support.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your current points balance in two ways:
- In the District Taco app — tap 'Rewards'
- Online — login at our official website
Do points expire?
Your points remain active as long as you continue ordering from District Taco. However, points will expire after 6 months of inactivity (no purchases). You can view expiring points by clicking your points balance and selecting the 'Expiring Points' tab. If points are expiring within 3 months, you'll also see a reminder on the Rewards page.
Why can't I redeem a reward I see?
You may see rewards in the marketplace that are not yet available to redeem. This is usually because you don't have enough points, or because the reward is scheduled to become available at a future date.
