What Is District Taco Rewards?

District Taco Rewards is our free loyalty program designed to thank our most frequent guests. Every time you order, you earn points that can be redeemed for your favorite menu items — from tacos to burritos to churritos and beyond. The more you spend, the more you earn, and the higher your membership tier, the better the perks.

How It Works

Step 1: Sign Up

Getting started is easy and free! Download the District Taco app from the App Store or Google Play Store and create your account. Alternatively, you can also sign up on our official website. As a welcome gift, new members receive 500 bonus points just for joining.

Step 2: Earn Points

You earn 10 points for every $1 spent. To collect points on your order, simply:

• Check in with your phone number, email, or QR code from the District Taco app at any kiosk or register.
• Login to your rewards account on our official website.

Step 3: Redeem Rewards

Your available rewards are always displayed when you place an order. If you have an eligible item in your cart and enough points, simply apply a reward at checkout — whether ordering online, in the app, or in-store at a kiosk or with a cashier.

Step 4: Unlock Tier Perks

The more you spend over a 12-month period, the higher your membership tier — and the better the exclusive benefits you unlock. See the Membership Tiers section below for full details.

Membership Tiers

There are three membership tiers, each with its own set of benefits. Your tier is determined by how much you spend within a rolling 12-month period.

Tier Details

Poblano — Everyone Starts Here

All new members begin at Poblano with no spending requirement. Your Poblano benefits include:

• 500 bonus points upon joining (new members only)
• A birthday reward every year
• Access to members-only offers and promotions

Jalapeño — Spend $250 in 12 Months

When you reach $250 in spending within a 12-month period, you unlock Jalapeño status. In addition to all Poblano benefits, you receive:

• A FREE Small Chips or Small Churritos reward for reaching this tier
• An upgraded birthday reward
• Bonus point earning opportunities

Habanero — Spend $750 in 12 Months

Our top tier is reserved for our most dedicated guests. Reach $750 in spending within 12 months to unlock Habanero status. In addition to all Jalapeño benefits, you receive:

• A FREE Small Chips or Small Churritos reward for reaching this tier
• Our best upgraded birthday reward
• Access to the Secret Menu
• Exclusive District Taco merchandise
• Invitations to exclusive events
